Service Description
Somatic bodywork is an insurance-covered session that integrates passive somatic movement through Integrative Thai Yoga Massage and Somatic Breathwork to support the release of held trauma-related tension and stuck emotion. Somatic Mindfulness meditation is gently weaved through the session.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with 24 hours' notice. You are able to cancel and reschedule your appointment at any time until 24 hours prior to your session via our online booking system. We regret that we are unable to provide refunds for appointments canceled outside of this 24-hour window.
