Somatic Foundations —
Professional Development Series
These three intensives introduce foundational principles from the Somatic Embodiment Yoga (SEYT) curriculum and are occasionally opened to the public for professional development. Participants who later enroll in the SEYT training may apply the full cost of these workshops toward their tuition.
Designed for yoga teachers, movement educators, therapists, and bodyworkers, these workshops explore how posture, breath, fascia, and nervous system regulation influence the way people move, feel, and heal.
Each intensive combines lecture, embodied practice, observation, and discussion to help participants develop a more nuanced understanding of the body.
Accredited through: Yoga Alliance, Canadian Yoga Alliance, and the NHPC. Each 5-hour workshop provides 5 continuing education credit hours.
Investment:
$225 per workshop
Early Bird: $185
Bundle (all 3): $600

EMBODIED ANATOMY: Learning to Read the Body
Embodied Anatomy is an experiential exploration of structural ease through the somatic anatomical loops of the feet, shins, thighs, pelvis, spine, shoulders, and neck. Rather than studying anatomy conceptually, we feel it directly — learning how each region organizes and communicates within the whole. Through guided somatic practice, you will refine alignment from the ground up, restoring coordinated support, reducing unnecessary tension, and allowing the body to return to a more efficient, integrated state.

Somatic Sequencing: Designing Nervous System Friendly Practices
Somatic Sequencing explores how to design yoga sequences that support nervous system regulation and meaningful integration via the 5 pathways of the Prana Vayu. Rather than building classes around peak poses, we organize movement through anatomical relationships, developmental patterning, and energetic continuity.
