If you are new to this work, please begin by booking your introductory appointment with Stefani. This is an online video call, where you are given time to share your story.  During your call, Stefani will take time to co-create with you a plan for your future sessions. At this time, Stefani has limited availability for new clients, if you are unable to find the time you need, you can add yourself to the waitlist below, or place yourself on the list for group therapy sessions.

All in-studio appointments are covered by insurance plans in Alberta under Registered Massage Therapy.
