200-hour Somatic Embodiment Yoga Teacher Certification
This is for those who are interested in this work for their own healing and those who wish to begin sharing this work with others. If you do not have your 200-HR YTT, this is where we suggest you start working toward your Somatic Yoga Therapist designation.
Those with a 200-hour designation or a Masters level background in mental health are eligible to apply to the 75-Hour Somatic Yoga Therapy bridge program in lieu of the 200 HR SEYT. Please email our team at info@mandorlayoga.com to inquire.
This 200-hour yoga teacher certification is a somatic journey into healing your heart and establishing a deep connection with your embodied SELF as you are immersed in the foundations of somatic yoga therapy. This is a beautiful journey of self-discovery as you move through yoga philosophy, asana, breathwork, and Ayurvedic foundations. Upon completion of this program, as a certified yoga teacher, you will have skills for sharing this work with groups and for facilitating embodiment focused retreats.

A professional photographer is present to commemorate this joyful occasion, and we welcome other community members to attend the ceremony. )
"Living the miracle of openness and surrender to my true nature was a unique possibility that this program gave me, finding myself expanded and aware like never before. Working with Stefani is a gift for your self as a person before being a yoga teacher, and a gift for who we are going to help. Every different part in the journey is woven in so deeply with Stefani’s loving heart and her strong vision. Every piece of the journey to build is so precious and perfect next to the other that you cannot resist this beautiful soul.
