Service Description
Please choose this option, if this is your first appointment with Stefani. This will allow Stefani to fully hear your story and co-create with you a therapy plan that draws from her background in Somatic Therapy, Embodiment Yoga Therapy, Registered Massage Therapy & Thai Yoga Massage, Ayurvedic Energy Work and Nervous System support. This appointment is covered by your insurance coverage under Registered Massage Therapy.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with 24 hours' notice. You are able to cancel and reschedule your appointment at any time until 24 hours prior to your session via our online booking system. We regret that we are unable to provide refunds for appointments canceled outside of this 24-hour window.
