Stefani partners with mental health care practitioners and other specialists to offer this work, so your insurance plan will partially cover some of these specialized group therapy programs. EMBODYING YOUR EMOTIONS

It can be difficult to recognize your emotions, and more importantly, it can be challenging to know what to do with them when they show up. In this group therapy program, we will explore emotions, how to recognize them in your body, and how to tend to them when they arise. This is part one of our Somatic Emotional Yoga Therapy Series. In part two, we will share methods for emotional release and re-writing your story.

SOMATIC EMBODIMENT YOGA FOR NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION

Join us for an evening or morning of Somatic Embodiment Yoga, where we share gentle and accessible practices for regulating your nervous system and experiencing time for real human connection. These sessions include a sharing circle where you can be heard and feel held within a caring community.

SOMATIC YOGA THERAPY FOR GRIEF

We have not been taught how to tend to our grief, and for those of us who are in its grips, it can feel isolating. In these Somatic Yoga Therapy groups, we share tools for learning how to tend and walk alongside your grief while supporting the opportunity to connect with others who share your experience. Grief is not just something we experience when someone dies. We also grieve past versions of ourselves and others. Anyone interested in tending to this part of themselves is welcome.

Many people, as they navigate the grief cycle, find themselves in chronic pain. We will also tend to this within our groups with gentleness by offering support for pain management and nervous system resilience.

SOMATIC YOGA THERAPY FOR ANXIETY

Somatic Yoga Therapy for Anxiety is a gentle program that supports you in learning how to access a feeling of ease in your breathing by helping you unlock restricted breathing patterns and places of held tension in your body. Including specific techniques for working with anxiety and restoring social engagement, these groups include guided group work that allows you to feel heard and held as you bring yourself back to a place of presence and connectedness.

Somatic Yoga Therapy for Anxiety is held online and in person.

SOMATIC ENERGETIC YOGA THERAPY

Somatic Energetic Yoga Therapy supports you in learning to navigate the deeper layers of your nervous system. In this work, we explore the Myofascial Meridians of the body and their corresponding emotions. Participants may experience energetic sensations or emotional release as we move through intentional somatic movement, conscious breathwork, energy work, and sound therapy. Not just about a cathartic release, these programs focus on building nervous system resilience and share with you skills to invite regulation and increased stability into your life.

These programs are offered in person only in a professional retreat format with mental health practitioners present.
