RESTORING STABILITY - A SOMATIC YOGA THERAPY SERIES FOR HYPERMOBILITY, MIDLIFE TRANSITION, AND NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION

Restoring Stability is a small-group Somatic Yoga Therapy series for women who feel unstable, asymmetrical, or unsettled in their bodies — particularly during times of transition, stress, or hormonal change. Whether you have lived with hypermobility for years or are noticing new tension, inflammation, or shifts in sleep, this work gently explores the patterns that may be contributing to discomfort. Rather than focusing on stretching or pushing for strength, we work slowly and intelligently with breath, subtle positional adjustments, and rhythmic movement to help the pelvis, rib cage, and spine relate more evenly. Gentle lymphatic support is woven throughout, encouraging healthy fluid movement and reducing the inflammatory load that often accompanies chronic gripping and fatigue.

THE ELEMENTAL BODY - A SOMATIC YOGA THERAPY SERIES FOR NOURISHING SELF-CARE

In this experiential series we explore the body through the lens of the five elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether.
Each class invites a different quality of movement and awareness that supports nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and deeper embodiment.
Through slow, intentional movement, breath, and guided somatic inquiry, you will learn how to listen to the signals of your body and work with them rather than against them.
Over the course of five weeks we will explore:
• Earth – grounding, safety, and the supportive back body
• Water – emotional flow and pelvic mobility
• Fire – stability, sensation, and transformation
• Air – breath, connection, and expressive movement
• Ether – stillness, reflection, and integration
These practices are accessible to all bodies and require no prior experience with yoga or somatic work.
This series is ideal for those who:
• feel disconnected from their bodies
• want to understand their nervous system more deeply
• are curious about somatic movement
• are seeking a slower and more mindful approach to yoga
Each class builds gently upon the previous week, offering tools that you can integrate into your daily life.

EMBODIED TOUCH - A SOMATIC WORKSHOP FOR RESTORING CONNECTION WITH OTHER WOMEN

Women are often the primary caregivers in families, communities, and professions. We offer touch to children, partners, clients, and aging parents. Yet as we move through different stages of life, many of us experience a quiet absence of touch that is supportive, reciprocal, and nurturing.
Embodied Touch is a trauma-informed somatic workshop created for women—both biological and in their hearts—who long to reconnect with safe, respectful, non-sexualized physical connection. This is a structured, choice-based space where consent, boundaries, and nervous system awareness are foundational.
Through guided somatic practices, education around co-regulation, and facilitated partner exercises, participants will explore supportive touch in ways that build trust rather than overwhelm it. You will learn how to give and receive touch with clarity, attunement, and agency. All practices are invitational, with options to observe, modify, or opt out at any time.
This workshop is not about performance or forced vulnerability. It is about restoring a basic human need—to feel supported by other women in a way that is grounded, steady, and safe. In a culture that often isolates us, Embodied Touch offers a respectful return to connection.

COMMUNITY MASSAGE + STRETCH WITH STEFANI WILTON + JESS HUSS RMT, RSW
This offering includes 30 billable massage minutes.

Community massage offers a simple, accessible way to receive therapeutic bodywork and assisted stretch therapy in a shared, calming environment. Rather than booking a private room, several guests relax together in comfortable restorative yoga postures while practitioners provide focused massage and stretching to areas that commonly hold tension, such as the neck, shoulders, back, hips, face, and scalp.
This format allows clients to receive shorter, effective treatments more regularly while keeping sessions affordable. The shared setting often creates a deeply restful atmosphere where the nervous system can settle, and the body can release accumulated tension.
Community massage + stretch is ideal for those experiencing stress, desk-related tension, fatigue, or simply needing a moment of restorative care in the middle of a busy week.
At Mandorla, these sessions take place in a quiet, softly lit space designed to support relaxation and nervous system regulation.

YES YOU CAN! - A SOMATIC WORKSHOP FOR RESTORING YOUR SENSE OF PLAY

This workshop offers a grounded, respectful space to explore movement, breath, and relational awareness in ways that are accessible and non-performative. We will approach yoga shapes that may initially feel inaccessible—not as goals to achieve, but as opportunities to expand capacity. The focus is not on performance or flexibility. It is on restoring self-confidence and playfulness as you gently move toward new experiences in adaptive, supported ways.
This workshop allows space for the repair of limiting beliefs we all carry about what we cannot do. Through guided somatic exploration, you will be invited to experience possibility from within the body—steadily, safely, and on your own terms.

SOMATIC BREATHWORK + SOUND BATH with Stefani + Michelle of the Aria Experience

Somatic Breathwork & Sound Bath is a gentle, guided practice designed to help the body release tension around the breath and restore a more natural, easeful breathing pattern.
Unlike many breathwork practices that use intense or activating breathing techniques, this approach is slow, trauma-respectful, and focused on awareness. Rather than pushing the breath, participants are guided to notice and soften the areas of the body that restrict breathing—such as the diaphragm, ribs, abdomen, and chest. Through simple somatic cues and guided exploration, the body gradually learns how to let go of unnecessary holding patterns.
As the breath begins to settle, the session transitions into a restorative sound bath using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant tones. The vibration of sound supports the nervous system in moving toward deeper states of rest and integration.
Participants rest comfortably on yoga mats with supportive props and blankets while being guided through the experience. This practice can support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, improve breathing efficiency, and create a deeper sense of connection within the body.
This session is especially supportive for those who feel overwhelmed by more intense breathwork styles and are looking for a calmer, more supportive way to reconnect with their breath.
