July 19 - 25, 2026 at Paradiso Pure Living with the creative soul behind Somatic Embodiment Yoga...

"Somewhere in the gentle space between where movement and stillness meet, lies a peaceful experience of being at home in your body and at ease in your breath."
- Stefani Wilton, Founder of Mandorla Yoga and Creator of Somatic Embodiment Yoga

Who is this program for?

This program is for women who want a space where they don't need to perform, prove, or perfect themselves to belong.

It’s for women who are curious about the body, relationship, and nervous system — not as something to fix, but as something to listen to.

some women come to SEYT with yoga experience, while others come with none at all. some come after years of therapy, caregiving, or holding space for others professionally or personally. Others arrive feeling unsure, tender, or in transition. Some feel confident in their bodies; others feel disconnected or cautious. All of that is welcome here.

You do not need to be flexible.
You do not need to be healed.
You do not need to be certain.

What matters most is a willingness to slow down, to stay in relationship — with yourself, with others, and with the lived experience of being in a body.

SEYT is not about becoming someone new.

It is about being more fully received as who you already are.

Held amidst the pristine beauty of the Italian Alps, this experience has been thoughtfully designed to support a small group of women in nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and meaningful community.

Participants are welcome to attend for personal growth, and no prior yoga experience is required.

Those who feel called may choose at anytime after the experience to continue beyond the immersion and complete the Somatic Embodiment Yoga Teacher Training (SEYT) through optional online study.
