About the event

This 150-Hour training combines the best of online and in-person learning to provide our graduates with an engaging learning experience in the arts of Thai Yoga Massage, Restorative Yoga, Ayurveda, and foundational Yoga Therapy. 

In this accredited program that includes engaging areas of study and body-based learning, you will explore:

Level One, Fully Online program with live mentoring  (group or 1:1)

  • Prone Thai Yoga Massage
  • Supine Thai Yoga Massage
  • Side-Lying Thai Yoga Massage
  • Seated Thai Yoga Massage
  • Thai Yoga Massage of the Hands and Feet
  • Thai Yoga Massage of the Hands and Abdomen
  • Thai Yoga Massage for Hip Release
  • Thai Yoga Massage for Back and Shoulder Release
  • Thai Yoga Massage for Vata Dosha and Anxiety
  • Thai Yoga Massage for Kapha Dosha and Depression
  • Thai Yoga Massage for Pitta Dosha and Stress and Irritable Depression

and Level Two, an Online program with 4-day in-person training in Calgary, AB on March 27 - 30, 2023:

  • Integrative Restorative Yoga Postures
  • How to facilitate Integrative Restorative Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage
  • How to use props for adaptation and enhancement
  • Integrative Thai Yoga Massage
  • Therapeutic Sequencing and how to curate client experiences
  • Embodiment Yoga Practice and Following the Nervous System
  • Craniosacral Support
  • Ayurvedic Energywork

Upon completion of all course requisites, graduates are provided with 2 certifications, one as an 85-Hour Integrative Restorative Yoga Teacher and one as a 150-Hour Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner. Canadian graduates are then eligible to register with both the Canadian Yoga Alliance and the National Health Practitioners of Canada for practitioner insurance and the ability to issue insurance receipts for certain health care plans. Graduates from the USA are eligible for registration with Namasta. 

Because we are an accredited school, students are provided with a T2202a form for tax reimbursement purposes at the end of each school year for a refund of tax paid on your tuition.

    This payment of $1348.50 is 50% of your full tuition amount of $2697 plus GST. Your remaining tuition must be paid in full by 2-weeks prior to the commencement of your training by March 13, 2023. T2202a forms will be issued at the start of 2024 for this program.
