Service Description
In this experiential series, we explore the body through the lens of the five elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. Each class invites a different quality of movement and awareness that supports nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and deeper embodiment. Through slow, intentional movement, breath, and guided somatic inquiry, you will learn how to listen to the signals of your body and work with them rather than against them. Over the course of five weeks, we will explore: • Earth – grounding, safety, and the supportive back body • Water – emotional flow and pelvic mobility • Fire – stability, sensation, and transformation • Air – breath, connection, and expressive movement • Ether – stillness, reflection, and integration These practices are accessible to all bodies and require no prior experience with yoga or somatic work. This series is ideal for those who: • feel disconnected from their bodies • want to understand their nervous system more deeply • are curious about somatic movement • are seeking a slower and more mindful approach to yoga Each class builds gently upon the previous week, offering tools that you can integrate into your daily life.
