Service Description
Experience practices that support nervous system regulation within an embodied community that support deepening your connection with your body, cultivating easeful breathing, reducing stress & anxiety, while lessening pain and tension. These classes are offerered in-person at the Mandorla studio in the Richmond area of Calgary, AB. We provide an online option for those unable to attend in-person. Please make sure to select the correct ticket option, so we know where to expect you. Participation is limited to 8 participants in-studio. If the class shows as full, please email the office at info@mandorlayoga.com. We can support you by opening a seat for you to attend online. Sessions run from 9:30 am to 11 am with the opportunity to stay after class for community and connection. The Mandorla studio is a sacred space dedicated to the gentle and stabilizing practice of Somatic Embodiment Yoga and Somatic Yoga Therapy, where we focus on restoring easeful energetic alignment that allows for gentle transformation. We believe in collaborating with the body through trauma-respectful practices that support integration and processing on a deeply impactful level. Our deepest intention is to honour, respect, and encourage you to listen to your body's own wisdom and share our offerings in a manner that feels like a kindhearted invitation.
