Service Description
Your choice of targeted recovery inside our private nervous system sanctuary. Select either our Sauna Cocoon, a deeply restorative multi-wavelength infrared sauna with an integrated PEMF grounding mat and red-light therapy, or our Halotherapy Haven to clear the respiratory system, soothe the skin, and support your autoimmune system with salt therapy. Includes a 15-minute transitional window with refreshing, iced washcloths, our signature cold facial plunge, and a private washroom. All sessions include aromatherapy, color therapy, and a jade eye mask. Space is strictly private and limited to one individual per session. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with 24 hours' notice. You are able to cancel and reschedule your appointment at any time until 24 hours prior to your session via our online booking system. We regret that we are unable to provide refunds for appointments canceled outside of this 24-hour window.
