A dedicated self-serve reset session designed to help you ground and regulate. Perfectly paired with your main appointment or class, this quiet space offers the tools you need for a complete nervous system reset.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with 24 hours' notice. You are able to cancel and reschedule your appointment at any time until 24 hours prior to your session via our online booking system. We regret that we are unable to provide refunds for appointments canceled outside of this 24-hour window.
