About the event

An introduction to facilitating Integrated Thai Yoga Massage and Embodiment Yoga Therapyâ„¢ in 1 to 1 sessions that combine somatic movement, bodywork, and yoga. Supporting emotional processing and nervous system restoration, Embodiment Yoga Therapyâ„¢ for Individuals will provide you with the tools for offering a 90-minute trauma-informed session that supports coming into the regulation and safety of the parasympathetic nervous system while encouraging your client's experience of embodiment through somatic movement & yoga, mindful touch, breath awareness, Ayurvedic energy medicine, craniosacral-holds, somatic meditation, and Thai Yoga Massage.

This course is appropriate for those interested in studying in our 1,000-hour program for becoming an Embodiment Yoga Therapist™ and those already established in energy work, somatic practice, bodywork, counseling, life coaching, or yoga. This course will provide 30 continuing education credits for the following bodies: NHPC, YA, and CYA. Stefani Wilton, the course facilitator is I-AYT Certified, and some hours may apply for continuing education credits with this body.

    This completes your full tuition payment for enrollment into the introductory training in Integrated Thai Yoga Massage for Somatic Practice. A certificate of attendance will be issued upon completion of full attendance and all 8 homework hours.

  • Tuition Payment Plan

    This payment of $450 is 50% of your full tuition amount of $899. Your remaining tuition must be paid in full by 2-weeks prior to the commencement of your training by September 15, 2022. T2202a forms are not issued for certificate courses. However, should you enroll in the 300-Hour Embodiment YTT within one years time, you may apply this payment toward your full tuition.
