ONLINE Thai Yoga Massage Training + Retreat

This beautiful program takes you on a journey where Thai Massage and Restorative Yoga meet. Integrating the sister art of Ayurveda, you are taught how to support clients via the three Dosha of Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Upon completion of this program, you will have the resources to offer three distinct Thai Yoga Massage sessions that are each up to 120 minutes in length. This program speaks to RMTs, Yoga Teachers and enthusiasts, giving you skills that can be integrated on the massage table, in yoga classes and everyday life. Having the ability to support others in better accessing and moving through their bodies is a gift in and of itself.

Trauma respectful practice asks that we provide hands on assists instead of adjustments and corrections. When we approach practice from this place, a place of holding space for others with gentleness, we begin to understand how profound touch is. This program immerses you in the art of Thai Yoga Massage, Ayurveda and Restorative Yoga practices for creating powerful one on one sessions. For Yoga Teachers, this content will inspire your group yoga class offerings.  Completion of requisite hours will give you a Practitioner Designation with the NHPC, allowing you to offer insurance receipts to your clients.

Date, Time + Location

Your ONLINE Thai Yoga Massage Training will take place on 6 evenings from 6pm to 9pm via the ONLINE Mandorla Classroom using Zoom. Please arrange to have a practice person available for the following dates:

October 15 +  29, Nov 12 + 26, Dec 3 + 17, 2020

Your tuition includes the beautiful Prana Sadhana Retreat, held next summer on August 5th to the 8th, 2021 at the Misty Ridge Retreat Centre, a short 40 minute drive outside of Calgary. Because of Covid-19 this year, we will not be serving meals at the retreat and ask students to provide their own food. Out of town students have the option to purchase shared accommodation at the retreat centre for a small additional fee of $150. We are looking at ways to support out of town students in having access to prepared healthy meals. You can discuss this with Stefani upon registration. Should you feel uncomfortable attending because of Covid, we will be happy to provide you with an alternate study option for you to make up your course hours.

Tuition Investment

Tuition for our Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner Training is

is offered via an equitable system called a sliding scale designed to ensure that our programs are accessible to you despite your financial circumstances. At the time of your registration, you will be asked to communicate with our accounts manager the tuition amount that you can afford between the amounts of $1675 and $2450 plus GST. The retreat is optional for any student feeling concerned about risk to their health. Such students will be given an alternative option for making up the missed hours. 

Cost of accommodation is not included in the retreat, but the retreat centre is within a short drive of Calgary, AB so that students have the option to commute. Should you require accommodation, we can arrange this for you, for a small fee. When it is safe to do so, we will resume offering our retreats at locations outside of Canada in Spain and Hawaii.

We require all students to pay a deposit of $262.50 at time of registration and allow you to arrange a payment plan over the course of 6 to 18 months. Your tuition includes all online modules, a retreat, mentor support, course manuals, and lifetime access to video manuals, and our ongoing community support. Your tuition is tax deductible and you will be issued a T2202a form at the start of each tax season.
