Embracing Rest ~ a 50-Hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

Embracing Rest is an exploration into Restorative Yoga ~ how to use props, sensation, organic movement, and stillness to allow restful practice ~ this module introduces you to Ayurvedic and Yoga Therapy principles of curating beautiful practices for yourself and others. 

Offered over 10 Friday evenings from 6 pm to 9 pm at Twisted Willow Studio in Port Alberni with Liv, this training is offered in-person with the option to attend online upon request. Yoga prop bundles for this training can be purchased through the Twisted Willow Studio store by contacting Liv at info@twistedwillowstudio.ca

This in-person offering will provide participants with a 50-hour certification in Restorative Yoga. Participants may take this training on its own or can apply these hours toward our 200-hour Embodiment Yoga Teacher Training or our 150-Hour Thai Yoga Massage Training. Continuing Education and YACEP credits are available with the following bodies: Canadian Yoga Alliance, Yoga Alliance, Namasta, and National Health Practitioners of Canada.
