This FREE event is for individuals who are interested in learning more about Embodiment Yoga Therapy and our unique training programs. Join with teachers Stefani Wilton, creator of Embodiment Yoga and Founder of Mandorla Yoga Insitute, and Nicole Hopkins, lead teacher for our 200-hour program.
