85-Hour Integrative Restorative Yoga Teacher Training March 27-30, 2023

This 85-Hour Training combines the best of online and in-person learning to provide our graduates with an engaging learning experience in the arts of Thai Yoga Massage, Restorative Yoga, Ayurveda, and foundational Yoga Therapy. 

In this accredited program that includes engaging areas of study and body-based learning, you will explore:

Online learning with a 4-day in-person training in Calgary, AB on March 27 - 30, 2023 that includes:

• Integrative Restorative Yoga Postures
• How to facilitate Integrative Restorative Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage
• How to use props for adaptation and enhancement
• Integrative Thai Yoga Massage
• Therapeutic Sequencing and how to curate client experiences
• Embodiment Yoga Practice and Following the Nervous System
• Craniosacral Support
• Ayurvedic Energywork

Upon completion of all course requisites, graduates are provided with certification, as an 85-Hour Integrative Restorative Yoga Teacher. Canadian graduates are then eligible to register with the Canadian Yoga Alliance and may access yoga teacher insurance. Graduates from the USA are eligible for registration with Namasta. 

Because we are an accredited school, students are provided with a T2202a form for tax reimbursement purposes at the end of each school year for a refund of tax paid on your tuition.
