Love Your Labour™ is an empowering workshop that shares proven strategies that help you have an empowered and joyful birth experience. Love your Labour™ is available in group workshop and private workshop formats.

Prenatal Yoga sessions use orthopedic exercise principles to physically prepare you for the challenges of birth while using yoga tools like breathwork and meditation to prepare you mentally to handle the physical and emotional challenges that occur during labour.

Prenatal Massage sessions with Stefani, our REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST focus on the key areas where you currently feel discomfort while improving your ability to breathe. (It gets challenging in those later months.) Stefani uses a bolstering system that allows you to receive your massage while lying on your stomach in the earlier stages and comfortably on your side in the later stages. (Our propping system is so amazing that many of our clients have asked to take the bolsters home!) Stefani uses deep tissue, therapeutic, Thai massage and relaxation techniques to help you relieve stress and muscular tension. ​
