Melanie's yoga journey began 25+ years ago. After facing depression and burnout for 40 years she began to face physical illness, it was here she realized that yoga and meditation was the one place she felt safe and secure. This lead her to lean into her yoga practice both for herself and her desire to help others. She went back to university and joined the Mandorla community as a student.
Melanie specializes in connecting her students and clients with their inner strength, get relief from suffering, stress, anxiety and depression. Her goal is that you live a life you love and you are fulfilled and fully self expressed.
