Melanie's yoga journey began 20+ years ago. After facing depression and burnout for 40 years she began to face physical illness, it was here she realized that yoga and meditation was the one place she felt safe and secure. This lead her to lean into her yoga practice both for herself and her desire to help others. She went back to university and joined the Mandorla community as a student.
