About the Event
This is a morning of connection, community, and exploration, for students who are new to Embodiment Yoga and those who are curious about becoming a student. During this exploration, we invite you to experience the beauty of coming home to your body and being held in a meaningful community.
Over the course of the morning, you will experience meaningful connection, an Embodiment Yoga Practice, and have time to ask questions about Embodiment Yoga. Graduates from Mandorla programs will be in attendance at the session and you are welcome to direct your questions to them. Visit our Graduates Page to learn how previous students have meaningfully implemented Embodiment practices into their lives.
Those who stay for the whole event will receive a special gift of $400 OFF your tuition in our upcoming 200-Hour Embodiment Yoga Teacher Training that begins this March 5th. As an extra-special thank you, you will receive a copy of Stefani's book, 'The Art of Holding Space, Practices for Cultivating Feminine Presence'.
The 200-Hour Embodiment Yoga Teacher Training does not require you to have previous yoga experience, nor is it expected that you will become a yoga teacher. This foundational experience is a journey in coming home to your body, in learning how to embrace rest. You will be supported in learning and experiencing Embodiment Yoga practices that encourage your own healing and the healing of others through adaptive and restorative yoga.
Embodiment Yoga takes participants through trauma-informed practice and grounding methodology. Embodiment Yoga is about healing the healer. This training is designed for those with a caretaker's heart: Mothers, therapists, counselors, nurse practitioners, and those who feel ready to dive deeply into your own self-care.
In the full 200-hour program we explore . . .
