Embodiment Yoga™ practices take you on a healing, somatic journey of connection with your body and breath through the Ayurvedic Elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. Each practice gently invites you to engage in your own self-inquiry and to play with your own expressions of movement, sensation, and stillness. Each offering is unique and will focus on breathwork, meditation, embodiment practices, somatic movement, or gentle yoga to support you in emotional release and connection with your body. ~ To begin, observe what you are noticing in your body at this moment and consider what Element would support you in where you want to move and express. . .
Earth invites stillness and grounding, it helps you to slow down/rest.
Water invites movement emotionally and physically by gently opening the body in dance-like meditation and breath.
Fire invites sensation and gives the opportunity to move through your own resistance while connecting with courage.
Air invites breath and opening of the heart by connecting you with spontaneous breath-inspired movement.
Ether connects you with presence, purpose, and your deepest resource of joy.
