In order to create practices that have an impact on our students, we must first explore these places ourselves. For we can only hold others to the extent that we are able to hold ourselves. Yoga for Emotional Resilience takes you through a feminine exploration of yoga's philosophy and deeper practices of Pranayama, Mantra, Mudra and Meditation and through a journey of self work and reflection, leading toward a better understanding of one's Dharma or purpose in the world. Acquire skills for assessing and freeing the breath from the perspective of Vayu and Ayurvedic Dosha and  how to use pranayama to invite emotional resilience and spend time deepening your own personal practice.  This module will support you in creating profound yoga experiences for your students using a feminine exploration of Yoga Philosophy as our template for facilitation of dialogue and growth. (The Art of Holding Space is recommended as a pre-requisite to this course.)
