Finally, an authentic and heartfelt yoga class with supportive teachers and other mothers. This is the goal and intention of Yoga4Moms. We know how difficult it is to make time for yourself as a mother and we also know that while there are programs that you can take, that provide childcare, they don't always meet all of your needs. Each 5 week session includes 2 hours of onsite care for your children. You can rest fully knowing that your little ones are being cared for just down the hall, while having the opportunity to connect with other women and YOURSELF.
The Yoga4Moms approach includes meditation, talks about philosophy along with meaningful conversation and gentle yoga practices. The yoga that we share with you is helpful for parenting your children with mindfulness and more importantly, the techniques are ones that you will have time to do at home. Accessibility is high on our list of priorities! At the end of each session, our intention is for you to feel RESTED, REPLENISHED AND INSPIRED.
Join us for our next 5 week class sessions this Fall. When you register, you may choose between sessions with included childcare or without.
