Private Yoga Sessions are available for those wishing to hone in their skills in a specific area such as meditation, breathing  or alignment.  Cost for this first session is $75 with an additional fee of $10 for each added person. This can be for a fun girls day out at your chosen location or can be designed with a more specific goal in mind, such as a yoga workshop specific to the needs of runners.  For someone working with a goal such as weight loss or strengthening, we suggest purchasing a 6 session follow up package for $295 as seeing your instructor on a regular basis will greatly improve your results. 

For those wishing to pursue a tailored practice we offer yoga therapy sessions that design a practice for you based on the needs of the whole person, physical, emotional and spiritual.  A private yoga session follows a preset format, like following a recipe for a  cake . . . more educational in its intention, the teacher will teach you on a very specific topic that you wish to learn such as meditation, breath work or alignment.  In yoga therapy, your personal goals, needs and wants are considered and a practice is designed and tailored to those needs.  After your first session your yoga therapy plan is put together in a typed format with detailed instructions for you to take home. In short, private yoga sessions will focus on one specific topic while yoga therapy will address everything that the therapist feels that you need from nutritional assistance, yoga massage, yoga postures, breath work and meditation. Private Pilates Sessions are available for those who wish to take their practice to the next level and see results.  Pilates focuses on core strengthening and is excellent for injury recovery and weight loss.  Your first initial session is $65 and includes assessment and discussion of your personal goals.  We then suggest purchasing a 6 session package for $295 so you can work one on one with our instructors to see results over a 3 to 6 week period.
