Prenatal Yoga Services
Prenatal Yoga Classes
Our encouraging and empowering prenatal yoga classes prepare you for your birth experience while addressing your current aches and pains. Participants are given the opportunity to connect and share with other pregnant women in a relaxing environment all while learning useful postures and breathing techniques that can be utilized during labour.
Pricing is the same as with our other yoga classes. Prenatal students purchasing passes may use their pass for other classes offered at the studio with the consent of both the primary yoga teacher and their health care practitioner.
One on One Private Prenatal Yoga Sessions
These sessions are offered for both you and your birthing partner to cover in depth how yoga techniques can be used throughout labour. We discuss everything from your birthing plan, the process of live birth, nutritional strategies, massage techniques and the specific poses to use during the various types of labour.
Cost for these 1 hour sessions is $75 + tax.
Yoga Doula Services
Have one of our teachers available to assist you at your birth. We provide a 24 hour on call service for 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks after your due date and include unlimited assistance via phone and email throughout your pregnancy. Our yoga doulas will do everything from wipe your brow to assist you in yogic breathing and yoga postures as well as massage you and dote on your every need.
Cost for this service is $375 + tax and includes one private yoga session prior to your due date.
Pregnancy Massage
Our licensed massage therapist uses pillows for comfort to alleviate lower back, hip and leg pain during your stages of pregnancy.
$75 for a 1 hour session
