Yoga Teacher Training through the Mandorla Yoga Institute

Online Home Study
A 25 hour online course that teaches you how to develop a home yoga practice and guides you through the key tenets of yoga history and philosophy.

200 hour Registered Teacher Certification
A Yoga Alliance approved program that encompasses the above online module along with 6 weekend modules.  This course prepares you to teach therapeutic Vinyasa Flow classes in a group setting and qualifies you to register with Yoga Alliance for RYT status.  This course is completed once you have finished the online yoga course, all 6 weekend modules (including your written test and 3 class plans/practicums), a 3 - 5 page book report, your yoga project, 5 class observations and assists with a senior yoga teacher and attendance at 20 yoga classes with a Registered Yoga Teacher.

100 hour Instructor Certificate
This program can be completed while working toward your 200 hour RYT or can be utilized as a stand alone course if you currently work in a health related setting and wish to incorporate yoga teaching into your current repertoire.  This course is comprised of the above online yoga course along with two weekend modules of your choice from the 200 hour program.

Senior Yoga Training and Mentorship
This course is offered every two years to students wishing to further their understanding of yoga therapy, working with clients in a one on one setting and desiring to further their personal practice through mentorship with a senior yoga teacher.  Hours are achieved over the course of two years by assisting a senior Mandorla teacher in their classes, attending workshops, practicums and mentoring.  The intention of the program is to help you deepen your practice through a relationship with a senior teacher and a program that is tailored to your specific needs.

Congratulations to Rachael Clubb, our most recent graduate.  You can read Rachael's yoga project here.
