Women Centred Yoga Programs and Retreats

We created Mandorla so that women like you would have a safe place to experience meaningful relationships and inspiration. Some of us have children and some of us don't, but what we share is the belief that it is time for women to come together. Our women centred programs and retreats are led by women who are just like you. It is an opportunity to commit to self-care on a deep level in a sacred space. This is yoga taught in a personal and beautiful way. Movement is married with sincere dialogue and we share rich techniques for your self-healing journey that include yoga, meditation, breath-work, chanting of mantra and journaling. We specialize in classes that include yin, restorative and vinyasa yoga married with supportive Thai Yoga Massage.
To encourage a safe and supportive environment, all of our women's groups are by registration only. Mamas, let us know if you need help with your little ones. At times we are able to arrange mindful childcare.

Your core muscles are a lot more than your abs. We often think we are strengthening our core and our abs aren't getting engaged! This is often because other muscles, such as the hip flexors are firing too aggressively. In CORE RESTORE YOGA, we release tension areas in the legs and hips and utilize orthopedic yoga techniques to isolate and support the entire core muscle group in firing properly. Comprised mainly of floor work, students can expect to see an increase in stability, flexibility, range of motion and pelvic floor strength.

Labour is a marathon that challenges women mentally, physically and emotionally. Mandorla Prenatal Yoga classes prepare you to meet these challenges by using specific techniques designed by an RMT & Yoga Therapist to:
- release the hips
- create pelvic stability
- reduce pain
- optimize fetal positioning
- instill confidence in YOUR body
We offer our women's programs in 6 week blocks by registration only. Cost for each 6 week block is $108 per person.
