Prana Yoga Massage is an intuitive, flowing, movement based massage that utilizes various yoga poses and partner yoga techniques that work with the pull of gravity to release tension in your body whether that be physical or emotional.  With its dancelike qualities, it is like having yoga gently done to you.  Participants are gracefully rocked, twisted and massaged into various yoga poses all while fully clothed in a warm sunny room with soothing music playing in the background.  Sessions can be healing and restorative as your body is drawn into a place of better alignment and flexibility.
