Thai Yoga Therapy for Releasing the Breath
So much of what we feel emotionally relates to our ability or inability to breathe. This workshop takes you on an informative journey of self discovery through the muscles that support or restrict your breath. We will share with you empowering tools for assessing breath patterns and restrictions in your clients related to anxiety, depression and stress along with tools for addressing these patterns. Exploring both the myofascial and muscular connections to the breath, we incorporate a hands-on approach that utilizes 3-dimensional learning with clay, palpation, massage and asana.
