the Yoga Course . . . developing a personal yoga practice

The yoga course is designed to help you develop your personal yoga practice at home.  Laid out in a 300 page manual, that was written by Stefani,the course is presented in a unique 21 week format that gradually builds on the information and yoga practices from each previous week.  The yoga course covers everything from the history of yoga to every single yoga asana (yoga pose) that Stefani knows all while interweaving yoga philosophy and potent information on the chakra system, your Ayurvedic dosha and the elements that make up and ultimately affect all of us: earth, water, fire, air and ether.  By the end of this course, not only will you have a thorough understanding of yoga, you will have a knew understanding of yourself and new outlook on life all together. 

The yoga course is offered in both a one on one mentorship and in a small group format and is open to anyone with a sincere desire to learn about yoga or themselves and requires no previous yoga experience, no level of strength, fitness or flexibility . . . just a sincere openness to being transformed from the inside out. 

The yoga course is offered in two stages:

Stage One: 60 hour personal transformation, $900 + HST

Stage Two: Yoga Teacher in Training, 40 additional hours in anatomy and physiology, class planning and hands on assisting, students completing this component as well as the course exam receive the designation CYT(it) "Certified Yoga Teacher in Training".  With this certificate you are eligible to enter into the Mandorla Yoga Teacher Training program where you will complete an additional 100 hours and earn your 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher Status. $600 + HST (completion of stage one is mandatory prior to entering into stage two)

After completing stages one and two, the yoga teacher training is an additional $1200.  Please look at the yoga teacher training page for information on the Karma Project which is an opportunity for you to greatly reduce the cost of your teacher training tuition!
